If you always want to ride, in any season of the year and in any weather condition, the Spotorno – le Manie area is the one for you!

Here you will find always dry sandy and at times gravelly terrain with technical and fun paths, with a medium difficulty level and a constant and wonderful view of the sea.

The ideal tour for a rainy day!

We transfer with the shuttle to the Spotorno area where we will take the first path: the ZAC.

A Single-Track with very sandy technical passages.

Once we reach the bottom the shuttle will take us to take in succession: LA FOLIA - LA RETE and finally MAO CREST.

 

All are short fun-trails with light compressions and with a breathtaking view of the sea!

For photo and video lovers is this tour is a real paradise!

After we managed the first part of the tour, we move to the Le Manie area where we stop for a delicious lunch break!

We enjoy “2 Tagliolini au tuccu?" ( a typical Ligurian sauce )”

We resume our tour starting from a short but very fun trail, with high banks that make it almost a natural bike park, the TOBOGA DELLE MANIE.

This trail is part of the famous 24 ORE DE LE MANIE known throughout the world for having hosted the Cross Country World Championship several times.

Having tasted the TOBOGA DELLE MANIE we move on with a short ride to take another equally famous trail, the DH MEN.

 

SHORT BUT INTENSE!

A super intense trail with technical and complicated passages of S3 – S4 level.

Complicated? YES, but to satisfy our efforts a panorama that has no equal!

The most requested of the trails in this area, the undisputed protagonist of the last stage of almost all the Enduro World Championships, both EWS and the last TROPHY OF NATIONS 2022.

At the end of the DH MAN we reach Varigotti, but our day is not over yet.

We'll enjoy the sea later, now let's go up again!

The shuttle takes us back to Manie, where after a short ride, we take the DH WOMAN (for us locals "the balcony overlooking the sea".

Just as short and intense as the DH MAN but less demanding.

The last ascent leads us to take the last path of the day, the BRIGA SXcharacterized by passages on stones and technical passages.

This tour can only end with a dip in the sea and a cold beer!
