All apartments of Residence Holidays are surrounded by greenery and equipped with all the comforts you're looking for.
We understand that every rider is unique. Pool:surrounded by a sundeck equipped with sun loungers and parasols and armchairs, the pool awaits you for a refreshing bath after a hot day on the MTB.
Our welcoming Café by the pool is the perfect location to enjoy an excellent breakfast or an italian aperitif.

Our comfortable apartments have recently been renovated to accomodate you in a modern and homely fashion.
Two-room apartments up to 7 beds, perfect for groups of bikers, Studios up to 4 beds.
All apartments are equipped with:

- Air Condition / Warming independent
- Skylight
If you are looking for a homely italian place, where not only all your needs are being met, but where you also have the chance to meet people sharing your passion, Residence Holidays is the right place to stay.
The owner, Mario Parodi, MTB enthusiast, as well as professional MTB guide, knows the needs of a biker and will be happy to accompany you and/ or recommend the best routes to discover our wonderful backcountry.
We are calling the field of tourist hospitality our home since decades and am delighted to have hosted entire teams of (professional) athletes - always striving to give you the best experience possible.
