pietra ligure - monte carmo
The Pietra Ligure – Monte Carmo area area has for several years now become an obligatory passage for all riders who want to enjoy the best of the FINALE OUTDOOR REGION.
In this area we find the wildest, most unpredictable and exciting trails!
Long paths with dizzying slopes that wind from the Melogno Pass to Giovo di Giustenice.
To venture here, a special OFF ROAD vehicle is necessary.
Let's start with a super MUST the FAST AND FURIOUS, Stage 1 of the TROPHY OF NATION 2022; a long and unpredictable path, steep and fast at the beginning and more bumpy and technical at the end.
We continue on the REVENANT trail, full of compressions and hanging curves, fast and undoubtedly exciting.
We take another ascent with the shuttlebus because on this tour we cannot miss ISALLO EXTASY!
A fairly technical trail parallel to the FAST AND FURIOUS, on which we cross three types of woods and terrain, going from steep and fast sections, to narrow and flowing sections, ending with wide curves.
We descend again along the REVENANT where the shuttlebus awaits us to take us back to altitude.
We go up with the shuttle to the top of Monte Carmo but this time on Giovo di Giustenice to take one of the wildest and most exciting trails in this area, the HIROSHIMA MON AMOUR stage 1 of the UCI world championship 2023.
An adrenaline-filled, fun but challenging trail after which we need to stop for a break!
We start again, after the lunch break, more energized than before!
We will take HELL BOY 1 – HELL BOY 2 in succession and after a short ride DOG EAT DOG!
But the day is not over yet, the shuttle awaits us to take us back to Giovo di Giustenice where we take he next trail: OLTRE FINALE.
Wild but quieter, from here we go to the next trail, the TITALANA, a flow and fun trail.
We pedal for a while to reach the ancient village of Ranzi taking the GABRY TRAIL or the ARMUIN.
We arrive at Borgo di Ranzi, from where we descend directly into the center of Pietra Ligure enjoying a fantastic sea view.
We cross the stone alleys to the sea where there is a fantastic MEDIUM BEER waiting for us!
